Ingredients
Tilapia fillets
Salt
Garam masala
2 Tablespoons Spiced Curry Butter
Cilantro, for garnish
Preparation
Season tilapia with salt and garam masala.
In a pan on medium-low heat, coat the pan with oil for searing.
Sear tilapia and cook through.
Once the tilapia is cooked. Add Spiced Curry Butter to the pan and use to baste tilapia.
Serve on a bed of rice or with naan bread.
Pour leftover Spiced Curry Butter onto tilapia for a buttery finish.
Garnish with cilantro (optional)
