Ingredients
1 container of plain hummus
2 Tablespoons of Sundried Tomato Pesto Cube of Butter
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
3 Tablespoons of chopped sun-dried tomatoes
3 Tablespoons of olive oil
Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Melt the Sundried Tomato Pesto Butter in a pan over medium-low heat
Add the halved cherry tomatoes and sauté until they blister.
Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in olive oil
Pour the mixture over your favorite hummus and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
Serving Suggestions:
Dip with chips, bread or fresh vegetables
