Sundried Tomato Pesto Hummus

Servings: 4 to 6

Ingredients

  • 1 container of plain hummus

  • 2 Tablespoons of Sundried Tomato Pesto Cube of Butter

  • 6 cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 3 Tablespoons of chopped sun-dried tomatoes

  • 3 Tablespoons of olive oil

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Melt the Sundried Tomato Pesto Butter in a pan over medium-low heat

  2. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and sauté until they blister.

  3. Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes.

  4. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in olive oil

  5. Pour the mixture over your favorite hummus and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.


Serving Suggestions:

Dip with chips, bread or fresh vegetables
