Ingredients
¾ cup pasta water
1 serving al dente cooked angel hair or spaghetti pasta (reserve pasta water)
¼ cup Pecorino Romano
2 Tablespoons of the Cacio e Pepe Butter
Crushed ground pepper
Garnish with additional Pecorino Romano and Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
Add reserved pasta water to a pan over medium-low heat.
Add cooked angel hair or spaghetti pasta.
Stir in Pecorino Romano and Cacio e Pepe Butter.
Toss the ingredients together until pasta is completely coated in sauce.
Top with more Pecorino Romano and crushed ground pepper
