Cacio e Pepe Pasta

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup pasta water

  • 1 serving al dente cooked angel hair or spaghetti pasta (reserve pasta water)

  • ¼ cup Pecorino Romano

  • 2 Tablespoons of the Cacio e Pepe Butter

  • Crushed ground pepper

  • Garnish with additional Pecorino Romano and Parmesan Cheese


Preparation

  • Add reserved pasta water to a pan over medium-low heat.

  • Add cooked angel hair or spaghetti pasta.

  • Stir in Pecorino Romano and Cacio e Pepe Butter.

  • Toss the ingredients together until pasta is completely coated in sauce.

  • Top with more Pecorino Romano and crushed ground pepper

Serve with your choice of protein
