Ingredients
⅓ cup heavy cream
1 oz cream cheese
⅓ cup pasta water
1 serving al dente cooked angel hair pasta
2 Tablespoons of Sundried Tomato Pesto Butter
Instructions
Add heavy cream, cream cheese, and pasta water to a pan over medium-low heat
Mix until sauce is smooth and creamy
Add cooked angel hair pasta to the pan and toss lightly until evenly coated in sauce
Remove from heat and add the Sundried Tomato Pesto Butter
Lightly toss pasta to evenly coat with butter
Garnish with fresh basil, sundried tomatoes and parmesan cheese (optional)
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with your choice of protein
