Lemon Pesto Cavatappi

Ingredients
1 serving al dente cooked cavatappi
3 Tablespoons Lemon Pesto Butter
½ cup pasta water
¼ cup parmesan cheese
¼ cup chopped basil leaves
2 Tablespoons of finely chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation
Combine cavatappi, 2 Tablespoons (reserve 1 Tablespoon) of Lemon Pesto Butter, and pasta water in a pan over medium-low heat.
Lightly toss to evenly coat pasta
Take off heat and add the reserved 1 Tablespoon of Lemon Pesto Butter
Stir in parmesan cheese, chopped basil leaves, and parsley.
Garnish with a wedge of lemon, parsley and basil (optional)
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with your choice of protein
