Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Chili Garlic Soy Butter
1 cup noodle water
½ cup creamy peanut butter
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 serving al dente cooked noodles (your preferred type)
Crushed roasted peanuts, for topping
Green onions, for topping
Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)
Chili oil (optional, for topping)
Preparation
Add noodle water in a pan over medium-low heat.
Stir in creamy peanut butter and soy sauce to create a smooth sauce.
Toss cooked noodles in the peanut sauce until completely coated.
Lightly toss in 2 Tablespoons of Chili Garlic Soy Butter
Top with crushed roasted peanuts, green onions.
Finish with sesame seeds and chili oil (Optional)
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with your choice of protein. Best with shrimp or tofu! Add vegetables or bean sprouts.
