Chili Garlic Soy Peanut Noodles

Servings: 1 Serving


Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Chili Garlic Soy Butter

  • 1 cup noodle water

  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 serving al dente cooked noodles (your preferred type)

  • Crushed roasted peanuts, for topping

  • Green onions, for topping

  • Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)

  • Chili oil (optional, for topping)


Preparation

  1. Add noodle water in a pan over medium-low heat.

  2. Stir in creamy peanut butter and soy sauce to create a smooth sauce.

  3. Toss cooked noodles in the peanut sauce until completely coated.

  4. Lightly toss in 2 Tablespoons of Chili Garlic Soy Butter

  5. Top with crushed roasted peanuts, green onions.

  6. Finish with sesame seeds and chili oil (Optional)


Serving Suggestions:

Serve with your choice of protein. Best with shrimp or tofu! Add vegetables or bean sprouts.
